The dragon of today is the Jasmine Dragon, a popular tea house in Ba Sing Se. The Jasmine dragon is run by Iroh and Zuko. Fugitives of the fire nation.
Well they USED to be fugitives, but ever since Zuko became firelord he and Iroh are no longer wanted by the Fire Nation, so I guess you could say it is run by Iroh and the Firelord
