Hey guys? Do you want to hear about my day? No? Well I'm going to go write about it anyway. ok
So as a normal day would be, I woke up at 6:40am in the hopes of getting up at 9:00 so I could make pancakes to eat for the breakfast. But then as the time past, I saw 7:30, 8:00, 8:16, 8:27, 8:32, 8:45, 8:55, 8:61... Then it finally hit 9:00 am and the day did not stop passing nor did I arise from my bed. And then, the next 40 minutes was the fastest 40 minutes I had experienced in the past week as it zoomed past and before I knew it, it was 9:40am. Yes, I had laid in bed instead of getting up to make pancakes. I decided to get up because I had spend the last 2 hours lying in my bed and thinking about K-pop when I could have been nomming down delicious pancakes and because I hate waking up past 10am so I got up and ate a version of Churros and a slightly different brand of nutella.
After my supremely unhealthy breakfast, I proceeded to process words from the Vice Magazine for the next hour. Then somehow, it became 12:16 and it was time for lunch. My older April sister offered to buy me lunch and at first, I declined but I soon realized that I had to give Amiraman my USB full of my K-poops so I decided to take her offer and marched to Amira's house and then to a Vietnam resturant. At Amira's house, I was greeted by her cat and then we said we would hang out some other time and learn K pop dancing.
I ate Vietnamese food and then I was going to take the cucumbers from the dish because I read somewhere that cucumbers prevent slugs and other pests from attacking the crops so I was going to put cucumbers around my plants so that the dam bugs will stop eating their leaves. I carefully wrapped the cucumber slices in 2 ply tissues but then I forgot and left them in the restaurant. gosh darn it.
Then I went home and had a maths party and drew a manga because I want to be a mangaka. Maybe one day you will see it because I drew action shots and facial expressions and all that in my manga comic.
Then I had another maths party and decided to watch a movie.

If you are still reading, I highly recommend you watch the movie Tekkon Kinkreet. 'Oh ru,' I hear you say 'It sounds like a Japanese anime' and like yes it is beaquase in what world do I randomly discover movies that are not of anime genre which I would watch and then proceed to recommend. The point is, I like this movie because it is the type of movie that shows flowers blooming when something bad happens. You know that japanese psycho fast paced mind game type thing. Well I like that type of thing. I like a lot of things, even gore. Last night, I watched a 'horror' anime movie that was 25 minutes long called 'Kakurenbo: Hide & Seek' . I put horrow in inverted commas because it was under that genre but it wasn't actually scary. But it was a nice movie and I enjoyed it. Anyway, the thing that these two movies have that is similar is that both of them have excellent art and imagery which is also something I watch anime movies for.

I'm sure I did other stuff to but I want to go do something else now so I'm going to stop typing and posting. I hope that they next time I come to the blog there will be a post that is not made by me. If not, I will make another post about my life and things in my life.

So like a few weeks/days ago when i had to study. So I felt as though I should just say how I'm kinda confused about the end of school as it'll be super fun and interesting and we all have to go on with life anyway, but also as though I'm kinda scared and want to stay and still joke round with teachers and be our grade forever!!! But I realise this can't happen so I just have to try and make the best of it.

I also wanted to say that I'm so glad to have spent my time at I.G.S. and with you guys as you've all helped make me who I am today and I love hanging out with all of you and chilling and just doing cool stuff.

So I guess I'll see you tomorrow, so good luck with everything in the future and I hope that everyone has an amazing day!!!

1 Week.

I guess it's only normal that when things begin to end in your life that you then think about all the times that you will miss, the best times and you feel like any times of even remotely similar value in happiness or excitement will never happen again or at least not for a while
It worries me that I will never see certain people again, ones that I am not really good friends with but are still really lovely people. Like Adrienne, Nat, Max or Dylan-Dylan-Dylan.
I don't know how to deal with this, I mean I have done it all before but I don't think anywhere has been my home like IGS has and now, it's time to leave. And you know I am so scared I will never fit in somewhere like IGS. I'm scared I'm going to get friends who are like me, and not loud and happy and sing and dance in public. I am seriously going to miss the magenta and yellow walls. The colours that made school so vibrant. There are so many memories I have and I will always want them to continue.
I know after this year there will be an ending and one or two people I see this year I may never see again in my entire time on this planet and that is really sad to think about. I wouldn't even say people I am friends with, just people that have been a part of my life at school.
But you know, one week of getting up early and putting on school uniform to go to classes left. It's not going to be an easy week, but I will enjoy it down to the last second.

Aight, so recently what's been happening is nearing the end of school (which I'm finding mixed emotions because i've been here for 13 years and it's been awesome). And some of the stuff that's made it start to kick in was the last ever Friday Afternoon Soccer (the last game/goal was so intense, it lasted for about 15 minutes and Manakon and I almost scored SSSSOOOOOOO MANY TIMES!!! [Andreas ended up getting the last goal]). Then stuff like the last extension history lesson (which I just found pretty chill and felt kinda sick afterwards from eating to much). But then I saw Madisun and he actually walked home and I hadn't seen him in so long so it was heaps cool to hang out a bit.

But the main reason I am writing this now (and this is mainly directed at Ru and Hui) is because I just found this guy on youtube who now only dances but does tutorials and schtuff too.

Music

It seems like people are posting their opinions and rants and etc. more, and while I literally have a million ideas for posts I could make, instead I've decided go with something simple. Music.

Smaz asked me a few months ago what sort of music I listen to, and the best answer I could give was "music with 'meaning.'" It was the best answer I could give, since I don't really know myself what I listen to. So then, I made up a definition for 'meaning.'

'Meaning' in music doesn't mean stuff like deep emotional lyrics or songs that make you feel all gloomy, but its more a style of sound that appeals to me.

'Meaning' is generally defined as being less common music styles (e.g. in minor key instead of major key), having good arpeggio, having a good start, having a good background rift, and sometimes having a change in octave/speed (That's still pretty vague, but it's the best I can do.)

It's sorta like if the music tells a "good story" or something. If a song sounds pretty generic, only has verses + a chorus and doesn't change its style at all, then even if it sounds good it won't have meaning. I'll give some examples of Meaningful and non-Meaningful music.

A Lambert-esque post

Usually I don't like posting images about stuff that I can relate to ('cause I relate to so much so to post them all would be pointless) but this one is really, really true. Fuck.

Which [room] should I taaake?

K so in Canberra I have two options to take for accommodation.


#1: Single bedroom with bed + desk and thats pretty much it, and then there's stuff like communal bathroom (part I like the least,) a giant communal kitchen that everyone uses, and then community shit like a common room, library, music rooms, even a bar, etc. The whole place is like one big college family, and it would be like living in Kuyal or Gura or something. Activities basically everyday (which aren't compulsory but it seems like everyone does them anyway) and a giant sense of involvement and friendship and blah. I know I'll make heaps of friends there, but it sounds a little tiring and perhaps a too impersonal.

 #2: "Multishare room," which is basically like 6 single bedroom dorms all attached to a central living room, kitchen and bathroom. Basically, an apartment with roommates. Now I really like the idea of having roommates, but there's a possibility that the people I end up with totally suck, and the building that its in has no where near the facilities and community of #1. I'd have wayyyy more privacy, but there'd be less stuff for me to do and I'd probably meet less people (which I don't really mind unless the people also suck.) The place is also really new and fancy, but sorta sorta stale. It's also more expensive than #1.


 So which one do I choose Random Stuffs? I like, want each of them equally as much.. my ideal choice would be having roommates with all the college stuff, but that doesn't exist so it's one of the other...
