get off the computer, dont watch tvDont eat so lateand go for a walk or run during the day.and get in the mindset that you have to sleep earlier, its like jetlag really.Basically run your body of energy for the night.
sporcle... is so good...sleep: try having like 1/2 of not using screen-based technology before you go to bed, idk read or somethingalso, yeah, passas is right. doing excercise of some kind really helps just so long as you aren't sweaty or anything when you go to bed, that's gross.also, try lucid dreaming, it makes sleeping an easier thing to want to do.
