a video card error.
and now its fixed, and they didnt have to reformat the computer again, so all my old files, saves, music etc. is still here.
also, i now have a fucking bad-ass video card. (NVidia Geforce GT240). as you may well know also, Im not exactly familiar with specs or anything like that, buut it has 1 gb of video ram, whereas my old shitty one had 250mb. because all its about really is playing the free copy of assasins creed which came with the card on the highest graphics settings and not lagging. (lucky i/you chose rainbow 6 maxim :p )

i'm sure you could have done much better than the gt250
gt240 actually... but still, considering as i just had a rly shit one which lagged in age of empires 3 on somewhat low graphics settings...
age of empires 3 is a blehh game..
hey, just cause its not a shooter doesnt mean its not good.. plus, although it has quite good graphics, its not a shooter, there's no going through 3d maps in first person with a ridiculous draw distance or anything, so it shouldn't have lagged that much
Amongst RTSs AOE3 is still ble, at best.
I'm just gonna sit over here with my 9800GT... I don't really mind, It runs Aion on highest graphics so I'm happy :D
would you like to buy arielle's old 9800gt for sli?
