Blackheath Memories Part 1 - Day 1

Hey, remember this?
Remember this time? I remember.
I remember that day how we met up at the station and Josh, Sam and I went and bought alcohol. And it was pretty chill, we went to like Alexandria and walked a shit-tonne way from the station to Dan Murphy's and back. And we got on the train we were catching and we took up like 11 seats. And it was sunny. On the train we passed this place Megan stayed in that she thought was haunted. We got there and I remember being in the queue with bags to get out the door. Then we got out and it was a little cold but I remember doing the head count and we left. We walked out and down this leafy green path where the trees were this really nice green and the sky was that Australian blue where it's almost dark and then we crossed the road to this sign and not all of us crossed in one set of lights and I decided we should get a photo and so you all left the bags to the right on the photo and posed for it. Such great times.
Then like we turned down the street, between a pub and a Thai restaurant and walked. We stopped in front of a sort of homewares, scented stuff shop while Josh went to get the keys. Then we continued walking. There was a path on the right for like 4 blocks then we had to cross to the left as the road went round a corner, there were lots of residential places there with deciduous trees that had gone red and orange. I tried to get a photo but it didn't work. Then we kept walking, we passed that weird nature reserve with all the pines and that garden with the gnomes and by this point, Josh, Alex, Ru I think, and I were pretty far ahead of the rest of you. It was pretty calm, we stopped where we had to turn right and waited so the rest of you would know, then we went down the street. It was empty and there was no path so we walked on the road. It curved to the left and went down a hill. Alex was talking to Morgan about how he couldn't meet up with her the following day to practice music, cause we hadn't told her we were going. We had to be quiet while he talked.
We got to the place and it was really cool, people bagged beds and explored the garden. I took photos with people on the balcony. Then Josh, Jon, Alex and I went to go shopping. We went to catch the bus and it was really quick, dropping us really close to the shopping centre. Josh went to see his uncle for a bit and gave us the list and we started shopping. It was slightly odd, cause Alex and Jon were like kids always asking Josh and I if they could have stuff like apples and cereals. It was fun though. At the end of it, we hadn't eaten since the morning and were starving, so after we put the approximately $250 worth of food into the trolley, Josh called a cab then Alex and Jon ran to Baker's delight across the road and got us some food. The moon had come up and it was pretty, I tried to photograph it on my phone but to no avail. It was big and the sky was pink. I was bummed to have missed it but you know shopping was fun. We took the taxi back, got there to discover an interesting surprise. You built a fort and went through Josh's luggage and my luggage. You made a flag from my bra. Needless to say, I was more than a little pissed cause you guys were being a little petulant. you guys were being annoying so Josh, Christian and I had a beer outside even though Lambert didn't drink at that time. Anyway, we got dinner started. It was bolognese, and the pot was nearly not big enough. It ended up being ok. After dinner, we cleaned up, Hui and Maxim were a help.Then we drank. A lot. I don't really remember a lot of that night, from alcohol or time hence, I remember the 3-way kiss, the vomiting after the shot, that shot without hands, the being assaulted in the living room, Alex trying to grope Josh, Jon being red faced slightly, sitting outside, talking to people while sitting on the kitchen bench, drinking from wine glasses, and Josh and I hiding the lemon vodka. Then people falling asleep in that bedroom on the top floor on the right. I fell asleep on the bed downstairs in the room on the right, I think with Ru. Cause all the other beds were messy and I couldn't work out how to open the pull-out bed. I am going to stop but the following morning, I woke up at like 5am, no-one else was awake, but the house was messy. The sun was coming up and I took some photos. There was that cool morning air, where the sun hasn't heated it up yet and everything is still and quiet. It was beautiful. I was up to clean though. I took the cleaned things out of the dishwasher and found the cups and put them all in, turned the dishwasher on. It was loud but it didn't wake anyone else up. I then cleaned the sink of vomit, which smelled putrid and then folded things up until it looked neat then I went back to sleep for a few hours and when I woke up it was day 2 and my headache was less.

Anyway, that's enough for today, I might write up the 2nd part tomorrow, I just felt the special times needed remembrance.
