why?

so apart from the obvious question of why towards Rhiannon, i think we also need to ask ourselves why as human beings. If you're lost, then let me elaborate through the art of dance, but if you can't see that, then just read this. Last week i was riding my bike home and as i changed gear, the gear slipped and my bike (for about 15 minutes) was broken. but the thing that gets me is why didn't anyone help, or even just ask what happened. I mean it was pretty obvious (the pedals would barely move and when they did [which happened only under emense pressure] they made a horrible grinding noise, I mean at some stages i was working on my bike when it was upside down!!!). So did they not check because I'm a 'threatening' teenager, which anyone who knows me knows i'm not, and a kid in pristeen school uniform with a purple helmet doesn't even look threatening! So why humanity, why?!?

anyway, that's it for this post, Christian out, and keep living EVERYBODY!

I would start to sing Still Alive from portal but my voice is far too low to sing in a sweet little computerised voice

I have been under the impression now that Humanity is a movie, and that Human kind is the main character (they're different, hard to explain, but they are.)

As it is, Humanity is a terrible, depressing, hate-filled movie that is shit both technically and emotionally. Like, some new-age post-modern Danish experimental rape movie where everything you see just goes so far that even the shock value is removed. Put frankly, Humanity is shit.

But, the stand-out character of this movie is Human kind, the Human race, if you will. With the human race there can be so much good; this character really makes you feel for them, since you KNOW they're capable of resounding benevolance. It's just that in a movie as shit Humanity, Human kind appears a very lonely character...

Things like this only exemplify my belief, lambert. "Judge not lest ye be judged." Just looking at you, even if I did not know you, from face value I could never assume you would try to roll or start a fight with someone. Yet Humanity dictates that people must keep secluded and listen to their ipods whilst trying hard to "not notice" you.
People yelling at each other on public transport. Completely bastardisations of the truth in arguments. Mass media focusing on the most bullshit topics that sell well and break the most hearts when there are other, far more serious issues out there.

In all honesty, I am partly to blame. Since I am part of Humanity, then I am not making anythings better. I just acknowledge that people, on the average, are shit.

well your not wrong.

but then why don't you try just being that one good person? that person who stops to help. today, i helped a year 12 carry her books upstairs. well i carried a book ;) but i still helped her. and it may not have meant all that much to her. but it made me feel good. theres a philosophical subject that says you can never do something for absolutely no gain because even when people pull extreme charity they still get a kick out of it. out of being nice

i don't no what im trying to say. maybe that people like that are the stars of the movie. people that save lives or just give spare change. and if everyone in the movie is a stand-out actor. if humanity became a blockbuster with an all-star cast, then we could make millions at the box office.

shit. that was some grade A bulllllshit. but also one of the deepest thoughts i've had in a while.

Well i think that sometimes people dont want to help because their afraid, afraid that they might get a bad remark back, afraid that they might do the wrong thing instead of helping. I think that sometimes, people are just afraid of the world because you dont know strangers and you dont know what they will be like. Everything is made of rumours and stereotypes that people dont know what to think.
Last time i was on a bus and this elderly man was trying to get on the bus but like no one helped him, not even me but thats because i didnt know how too and i dont know if i would make things worse and sometimes if people goes and helps other people, they are taking that responsibility and sometimes people dont want that responsibility. Like they are propably thinking, i dont know them, i dont have to help them or they will be alright by themselve im sure or they could just be like my, stupid and afraid.
