whats wrong with pubs not being on corners? its good for business, people can access from two streets. and i think theres an irish one in balmain, but not on the main balmain area.
there's a difference between pubs and bars. pubs have pokey machines and.. well you know what a pub is. a pub is different to a bottle shop and a bar or a club.
