the room im staying in belongs to a 15 year old french girl
i think she likes pink
she also has a fish which was not included in the information
i feel like im now responsible for the fish
but how much food do i feed it? and how often? what kind of light and temperature does it like? i dont even know what type of fish this is.
im really worried that it'll die under my care since everything i touch dies.
omg and the water is starting to look murky already

From what I remember of keeping a fish alive, there should be these flakes and they'll have instructions on them (but it's like a small pinch of flakes dropped on top of the water once or twice a day). Don't worry about any of the other stuff (if there's a heat lamp or any specific requirements then they would have told you). Fish are generally kinda durable. And don't worry about the murky water (again nothing you can do).
Just check down the bottom for a large (walnutish size) pellet. If that's there then you don't need to worry about food cause they should last for a few months.

And she's probably in the house cause some people are with programs where they rent their houses out for a really short amount of time and you can stay in them rather than hotels (I've lived in a few).
