Or more specifically, an assignment. I don't have the science sheet, I think I know exactly what to do (find Syndrome, find chart of syndrome, write what syndrome is with 10 points, and bibliography) but can someone like scan theirs and send it to me or somefin? I need the details, man!

Year 10 Science Assessment Task 3.
Research Task Due Date: Thursday 25th June
Your task is to:
Choose one genetic disorder.
Research:
• the causes of the disorder,
• the symptoms,
• effects on the individual’s family and friends
• possible cures
• what research is being done into the nature of the disorder
• future implications for society
Note - There are three parts to this task.
You are required to present your research and information in the following formats:
1. Describe the disorder
Include 1 labelled illustration and maximum 10 dot points (which may have sub dot points).
This should include such things as causes, symptoms/effects, possible cures, impact on family and friends, research into the disorder, implications for society.
2. Bibliography.
You must also give a full and correctly presented bibliography, acknowledging all sources including the illustrations.
You must put the sources for the illustrations beside the illustration itself.
See attached examples of how to present a bibliography.
Parts 1 and 2 are to be handed in at the start of your science lesson on Thursday 25th June
3. In class written task.
In class on Thursday 25th June, you will be required to complete an in-class task, based on the work you have learnt about your chosen disorder.
You will NOT be allowed to use any form of written notes to assist you.
