You'll fucking love it
...
maybe not so much.....yes it is an upgrade more of a radical change. There is however a lot more depth in terms of character development and stuff you can do around the town. Houses are more spectacular and overall more fun to play
yes i'm being lazy since you sods dont' like reading a hefty review

lol rly? from wut i heard it was really disapponiting and was just like a slight upgradetion of sims 2 instead of a whole new super awesome fantastical sims 3. buts spose its way good and people just expect too much XD
Ewwww Sims is for girls.
so you're saying i'm a girl now?
lol i dont normally play video games but ru plays them all the timeeees. kakakakkakka
yeh,,, sims is a virtual dollhouse
sims 3 is like an iphone. it relies on microtransactions and uses a system that deliberately tries to stop modding by utilising a very customisable but still limited engine. And they will keep releasing addons that they should have had from the start, like pets, running businesses, going to college or sending multiple copies of the same sms without having to retype it, all of which require you to spend more money. but on the otherside, like an iphone, it looks really pretty.
also, sims isn't a game, its a toy. it has no hard-coded goals, but you can still set goals for yourself, like a toy.
well put
Jesus Sam do you have to be so analytical about everything? Lol, ofc it was gonna be like that from the beginning. If you buy Sims 2 with all the expansions it'll cost u something like $700, but thats only if ur foolish enough to buy them all in the first place :P
which is why piracy is so popular :D
you didn't know we're all really lazy???
wow i'm surprised.
just so you know: we're all really lazy.
well i should have known...
so much effort gone :(
eh.
I reckon it looks great.
But wtf you can't create your own neibohoods?!
Almost all my sims in sims 2 are in custom neibohoods!
