to get .gifs animated, host on imageshack.us, then go to edit html and insert the 'hotlink for websites' code where wanted.
if you know basic HTML, its prolly a decent idea to remove the <a> tag, and change the alt value of the <img> tag.
to use < and > in bloggrar,,, post: <(semicolon) for < and >(semicolon) for > ftr.
