Seriously its so stupid.

I might just point out to maxim that uranium and coal are both used in non-renewable energy.

For example, you ever heard of chenoble?? it was a massive nuclear explosion that killed so many people and polluted soo much. uranium-235 is an isotope which has a half life of 703,800,000 years and that is what caused that explosion. can you imagine how much distruction can be done by that?!?!

and also coal, it is also used as a non-renewable energy. It is burnt and heat is released, this heat makes water boil and the steam from the boiling drives a turbine which creates electricity.
so basically, all powerstations are just heating water.
can you think of a better way to do it than burning coal which releases CO2 into the atmosphere, which is leading to the destruction of our world.

Maxim, mining is not good. yes it provides some jobs, considering most mining today is carried out by machines. also just as many jobs would be provided if they built a wind farm or a solar power plant.
Also did you know that an area of 50km by 50km of solar panels is the entire area needed to power all of Australia's electricity. no mines, no powerstations, no pollution
